Getting fame after doing 'bold' films actress Chitrangada Singh confesses that she wants to persuade herself as an actress besides being bold image. Chitrangada debuted her film career in Bollywood by film 'Hazaroon Khawaishen Aesi' in 2003. Audience liked this film and also liked the acting abilities of Chitrangada but after doing the same roles in films 'Kal', 'Sawari Bhai' and 'Ye Saali Zindagi', Chitrangada has been labeled as a bold actress. She is so tensed with that and now she wants to do those role which shows her acting qualities beside bold image. Chitrangada told about her favorite characters, "I want to do different characters and want to persuade myself as a good actress. I'm happy to know that many good directors are offering me good roles.
Chitrangada new film is 'Inkaar' which is a bold movie. Her opposite actor is Arjun Rampal. She co-starred with Akshay Kumar in 'Desi Boyz' before this. She has also done an item number in Suresh Kunder's 'Joker'.
