Raima Sen is the famous face of Bollywood film industry. She also works in Bengali movies besides Hindi movies. Reading books and listening to music are her hobbies. Specially she is so much fond of reading books, though she reads her books while shooting breaks. Raima loves to read AutoBiographies, whereas she is also fond of reading best seller novels. Raima was busy in the shooting of Bengali film. During the shooting break we talked to him a bit in which she told, "I'm fond of books and when i pick a book to read so i don't keep it back until i end it up. That's why i think so much while bringing books on the set. Once she brought with herself "ShantaRam" of Gregory Davis Roberts on the set but i was getting tense to take it during all time in my hand... but my hobby can be anticipated by that i had finished my book before the end of shooting's break!" Raima Sen most favorite writer is Paulo Coelho, she's the biggest fan of Nobel award winner and worldwide famous poet Rabindranath Tagore. "I myself a Bengali also, so may be that's why i love poetry of Rabindranath Tagore. The fascinating thing is most of my movies has been made impressing from Tagore's poets." She told.
Raima's most favourites books are J.D. Salinger's book "The Catcher in the Rye". Ayn Rands's "The Fountainhead"....Nigerian write Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's "Half of a Yellow Sun", Margarat Mitchells's "Gone with the Wind", and Marlon Brando's Biography "Brando: Songs My Mother Taught Me" listed.
Raima says that "All these books have so much importance and they have all impressed me a lot." Recently she read Indian writer Chitra Banerjee's "Palace of Illusions" and became so much obsessed with it. She also loves to listen Toni Braxton and Akon songs besides books.
