WATER IS LIFE...!


BIGGEST PART OF OUR BODY CONSIST OF WATER
Our body's consist of about 2 percent of water and only 85 percent water are in our brain. If we see that way so we need a lot of water. Water is important for hormones, spactic messages and take food to our digestive system and also removes corrupt photolysis from our body. But body's water keeps end everytime by breathing, sweating, speaking. The researchers recommend to drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily so this reduction can be less. When you exercises you can drink a lot of water or if it so much hotness. Those people who drinks a lot of tea and coffee so it reduces the need of water in their body.

WATER IN BOTTLES
If fresh and clean water is coming out from your taps so it's so better than the bottle water because it's been seen that bottle water has a lot of chemicals.German researchers have researched that in bottle water there are chemicals like Bisphenol A which copies the Estrogen Hormones due to which if the body keeps survive on this chemical for a few time so it would become the danger of Cancer. A short survey showed that which bottles had a lot of quantity of those chemicals which were kept for time. So the researchers advice that if the clean water is coming from the tap so you drink the tap water except drinking bottles water and remember if it's necessary to drink bottle's water so you don't fill it again because by doing so it will raise the quantity of chemicals more.

MORE WATER, BETTER MEMORY
Lot of people knows that if our urine turns out light yellowish so it's a sign that we are drinking enough water which our body needs it but reduction of water in the body is a different sign and people shocks to know it. Researchers says that if we doesn't drink water so our memory becomes loose  and concentration becomes
less powerful.

FRUITS ALSO CONTAIN WATER 
There is a large quantity of water in fresh vegetables and fruits so when there use reduces the lack of food as well as reduces the lack of water in our body. Water contains in fruits and vegetables have a great help for our cells because it remains in our body for appropriate time  and it so helpful. Watermelon and cucumber contains about 97 percent of water, 95 percent in tomatoes, 88 percent in carrot and peach contains 87 percent of water. If you consider some dried food like roasted chicken breast so it also contains 60 percent.

WATER IS ALSO A MEDICINE 
Famous Dr.Baozhong Meng has enounced in his book "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" that many diseases like asthmatic, arthritis and joint pain happen because of reduction of water in our body, he means to that there are lot of parts of our body which comes out like pain to tell us that you need to drink more water to get yourself healthy. If the reduction of water keeps going on so parts of our body begins to crack and starts to swallowing . If your brain is exploding with pain or you have pain in your joints or in your body parts so drink a glass of water except taking pills or medicines.
