FOLATE:
Folate is exactly a vitamin B which is soluble in water which is naturally available in food, and Folic acid is the fake picture of Folate which is used as a medicine.Folate seems to be bad for red cells of blood, it's necessary for body's growth.Specially pregnant women needs folate a lot because without it baby can't be grown up in the womb.Most of the people doesn't have that folate in their body and this is why because they don't eat fresh fruits and vegetables whereas they eat packet packed food.For raises folate level in body you should eat broccoli.cauliflower and spinach and including this you should also eat Licorice,vetch and giblet also have Folate.

VITAMIN C:
Although vitamin C is very useful for wound our infections and body growth but this vitamin is so sensitive.Vitamin C biggest part is wiped out during cooking food.This vitamin is an Anti-oxidant and it defenses our stomach problem.Vitamin C can be found in fresh fruits like Kiwifruit,mango,watermelon and berries also, although it's also found in vegetables but the bet they can eat without boiling.Potato has a great quantity of Vitamin C.
VITAMIN D:
Vitamin D produce by our body itself automatically when we go out in sun light.It is also necessary to know that without calcium can't absorb in our body without vitamin D so this mean we gain calcium from food or medicines, it can't absorb in our body without vitamin D.In some food it's quantity found very different.This kind of vitamin D can be obtain from Egg,fish who leaks oil, and Cod liver oil.
VITAMIN E:
For keeping the generative system healthy we need vitamin E, it also helps in keeping heart healthy.This is also an Anti-oxidant food whereas it is called famous in Anti-oxidant.It is found in nut and Hazelnuts and also found less in peanuts.Fresh wheat,green leaf,cauliflower and oil is a great source of vitamin E.
