There's no prove about waking up at night effects you with some 'Physiological' problem but no doubt when you don't sleep so It directly attack on your brain and feelings. Because of this, wherever you work e.g office or home, you get tired. If waking up goes on for long so you'll definitely be get stuck in some health issue. For example, If someone has a heart problem so It could increase due to waking up. Only some people like to look tired. Due to this, you don't be able to do the work, you are given and you get angry on every thing. Waking up for long can cause depression to you.
It also effects your thinking because you don't able to think about something properly because your brain doesn't work well. Memory also decreases due to waking up at nights. Though, scientist haven't been able to find out about the purpose of sleeping yet. Although, body's part take rest properly and become able to do work. There's a part of the brain called 'Cerebral Cortex, only gets fresh when we are dreaming. It is still yet to know that if cortex don't get time to recover so what will happen?
We should try to not waking up late night and wherever it's possible, take some sleep. So our body parts become able to work properly.
