Anushka Sharma feels that role of Bijlee in Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola was the hardest of all she has worked in her past. Anushka said, "For me, Bijli's role was the tough one but I did it calmly. Doing Bijili's role was the toughest one for me till now." Anushka added, "Vishal Bhardwaj likes to work in grey area and this is what I've learned. I feel like I had to fill spaces in my character so I did that." Anushka who has become 24-year-old told, "In the beginning, I did it and after some days I messaged and said that I don't think I will be able to do this role because it's too hard for me to adapt. I encouraged myself to perform this role at any cause."
"Throughout the shooting, I have learned many things. I realized the world in either black or white. After the film's shooting, I've learnt to have sympathy with people because everyone does mistakes in life and we've to admit it as human beings. Film has been directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. Film's stars are Imran Khan and Veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor. Film will be released on January 11, 2013.
