Star Halle Berry was ordered not to go to France with her 4-year-old daughter Nahla for more than a week. She was claimed that the paparazzi and two stalkers made her scared to be in states. So, police raided at Berry's home on Thanksgiving between the actress's ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance, Olivier Martinez. The LAPD tells People that Aubry "was already booked for a private persons arrest for battery", he was involved in some physical fighting between the two men. Aubry was there at Halle's house to drop their daughter for the holiday. According to the source, "Gabriel (Halle's ex boyfriend) hit Olivier and Olivier saved himself from him," wheras TMZ tells both men were taken to the hospital. Though, Aubry is free because he has been bailed out at $20,000, according to TMZ report. As the cause of this Aubry was sentenced to stay 100 yards away from from Berry, Martinez, and Nahla. Halle Berry won this opportunity to enjoy with her fiance and her daughter because of Aubry's foolishness.
