Sanjay Leela Bhansali makes his actors work hard in his films. An incident occurred at the set of Ram Leela. Sanjay was to postpone his shooting with actor Richa Chadda because she was suffering from a bout of conjunctivitis. A source told, "Sanjay was never seen so careful for anyone but Richa because he gave her a day off from shooting until she gets perfect." Richa confirms, "Yes, I do have conjunctivitis, may be it is because of the magazine party i attended and ate whatever I wanted. I can't do shooting for few days, It's hard for me to come."
Actors tells, "I have to be on bad three or four days more, It's been nearly one week she didn't get to shooting. Film's shooting is going on in Dehli and they are finishing those scenes in which Ricah Chadda doesn't require.
